Jerry Only pulled it off, took 11 years but, hey.. the guy had good instructors. Sure it ain't the new Shit-less after you wipe Toilet paper .. but, the dude gave it 100%. 70'-80's- this thing was a group effort.. but neeeah' I did enjoy it. a couple of weak tracks, but over all.. I'll give it a soiled 9.. and a solid 8. Few folks can step in a shit can, and tell you they found oil, Only did.. how about that.

Posted about it yesterday on the n/p thread. JC wrote: Anyone who likes American Psycho & Famous Monsters should like this one too. Jerry's vocals have really improved. Dez sings a couple of songs too, and does a nice job. This will rank near the top of my top 10 list this year. Wow. I'm really enjoying this album a lot.

It appears that The Misifts are 6 headed beast...From the early days, to Samhain... Then Danzig. Jerrys new new Misfits, then Doyle going all Rogue, and Jerry learning how to sing..not to mention write a song a year. Wow, the ride is complete.. Even if Doyle does have record coming out next year. Proud to be a Fiend. Even if the sum of all parts don't quite get the job done.. a bunch of ass-holes from NJ do!! 32/34 what-ever Year Tour it may be. A Legacy at that.. on "Ruby Records" for a scond. Who the Hell' would think it could come this far? I mean I had scabs on my bleeding knees from skateboarding to this stuff. Now I got a 21 year old.. um' son. Whooa--Whooooa,

Jerry Only promised this album would be heavier and faster than Earth A.D. and Famous Monsters. I clearly is not. Not even close. While I appreciate his attempt to get back to the Static Age vibe, this isn't a home run by any means. In fact, I think it is pretty stuffy.

I think at one point that was his goal... but it changed on him. Dez is not Doyle by any means... two way different styles, and notice all the solos. Thats pretty new, it has more than all the other albums combined. Of course everyones expectations are going to be different. So Jerry really switched it up. It's new era, number 3 here..While it common threads, history.. it's not the same. Theres a double bass drum going, thats new territory. To compare it to "Walk Among Us" would be silly, I'm just shit happy that it's not the Project 1950's album all over again.

9'er, I think your expectations were set way too high. I wasn't expecting anything 1/10th as good as Static Age or Earth A.D., I was merely hoping for something nearly as good as American Psycho and Famous Monsters. I think this album is a worthy successor to those records.

Damn...I guess I'll have to break down and hear this. Then I won't have to get my five Misfits tattoos lasered off.

I think this album is a worthy successor to those records. I do not. Those albums were very aggressive, pushing the band into Metal territory. This one is on Doo-wop Punk pop on cruise control in my opinion. At least Jerry took some vocal lessons. I won't gripe there.
