 They're taking the image out of future runs of the DVD's and Blurays. Glad I already have mine.

i'd say it's fairly obviously him. and it just makes the best show on television that much better.

Their "excuse" makes sense. It's unfortunate the scenes will be cut though, but it's being done to prevent any backlash. The same thing would happen if there was a fake Obama head on a pike. Except Rachel Maddow would be calling the show Teabaggers of Thrones instead of Bill O'Riely calling it Socialists of Thrones.
