AWAKEN THE GUARDIAN THE COLLECTOR'S EDITION $500.00

In the summer of 1987 Ioannis completed the art for his second Fates Warning album "Awaken the Guardian". Often cited as the band's definitive album by critics and fans. It also marked the first time Ioannis art directed an album package as opposed to just the cover art. Eighteen years later the original painting has been appraised at over $30,000.

To commemorate the upcoming remastered release of the album, Ioannis has created twenty five (25) canvas prints measuring 20" X 24" unframed. This is the approximate size of the original painting. Each of the prints are printed in archival inks. Ioannis has also hand painted certain sections of each canvas print making it a one of a kind original and the closest thing to owning the original Ioannis/Fates Warning painting.

The canvas edition will be limited to these twenty five (25) pieces and not reproduced again. A unique collectable that is certain to gain value in time. The art is framed, matted and ready for display.

FATES WARNING: THE SPECTRE WITHIN $400.00

In the Spring of 1986 , Progressive metal band Fates Warning asked a young up and coming local Connecticut artist Ioannis if he could do the cover for their Sophomore album "The Spectre Within". Thus a classic illustration and fan favorite was born. It has appeared in articles, fanzines, t-shirts, limited edition prints, websites, and tatoos. Since then both artists have gone on to critical sucess and succesfull careers. Ioannis designing over 156 record covers for some of the biggest names in music and art directing campaigns for a series of worldwide entertainment clients. Fates Warning earning the title as one of the gradfathers of the progressive metal movement and a career still going strong after two decades!
