I checked from 1-70 and only played one as well, Sam and Max Hit the Road.

There's about 15 I playe don the list. Some glaring omissions especially since so many crappy Sherlock Holmes games are included. Companions Of Xanth, Death Gate and Noctropolis should have been easily on the list in place of some of the Sherlock Holmes games. I also thought Full Throttle should have been WAY higher, but such is the way with lists.

Haven't played too many of these to be honest, my favorites are:
Out of this World (which I did not see on this list for some reason?! wtf did I miss it?) Professor Layton, of course, I've beaten the first three even LA Noire The Neverhood Heavy Rain Broken Sword Blade Runner Beneath a Steel Sky Day of the Tentacle Full Throttle
Would like to have played more, and a few I plan on some day (The Longest Journey, Dreamfall, Syberia, Myst, Grim Fandango etc) but I've been coming to this point for sometime where I am going to have to make some hard choices just what I can actually manage to play with the time I have. Trying to play so many games and so many of the games I like being the kind that go lots of hours, and wanting to play more retro titles, it's just not possible.

Is The Longest Journey a point and clicker though? I keep getting mixed signals about that game, even after watching gameplay footage. They have the X Box version to download on X Box Live.

Many of those are not 'graphic adventure' games in any of the traditional definitions. I mean, Portal, Amnesia, and Penumbra? Odd choices since they're all first person games. Puzzle solving nonwithstanding.
That being said, I've played more than half of these. Glad to see some of the old classics like Kings Quest and Quest for Glory represented. Plus Maniac Mansion and Day of the Tentacle.
Boo for not including Zak McKracken and the Alien Mindbenders though. Thats the best of the old Lucasfilm Games classics (makers of Maniac Mansion)

I played all four Mysts (including Riven), both Portals, and Loom. Loom is awesome! I think my mom has Dark Fall.
I don't see how Portal is a graphic adventure game. I don't know about the Myst games and Dark Fall, either. They're more like point and click puzzle games. And Portal is an FPS puzzle game.
